How do I track my order?
You can easily track your order by visiting our Track Your Order page. Simply enter your tracking number to get real-time updates on your shipment’s status.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Please note: We do not accept personal checks, money orders, debit card-only payments, or cash on delivery.
How secure is my online order?
When purchasing online at HAUXIY, all information is transmitted over a fully secured SSL-encrypted webpage.
Your data is then encrypted and sent directly to our payment provider’s secure network, where your card and transaction are authorized.
We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of placing your order.
Can I use several discount codes in one order?
Promotion and discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless specifically stated otherwise.
What do I do if I have missing items in my order?
If you notice anything is missing from your order, please contact us immediately at contact@hauxiy.shop so we can assist you.
Are there any exchange rates?
All of our transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
If your card’s currency differs from USD, your order total will be calculated at the daily exchange rate determined by your card issuer at the time the transaction is processed.
How do I change or cancel my order?
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, at our sole discretion — even after order confirmation.
If your order is canceled after your card has been charged, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
Please note that cancellations requested after your order has been placed may incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the order total to cover payment processor fees.
Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please note that we cannot update shipping addresses once your order has been processed or shipped.
To avoid delays, we recommend entering your permanent shipping address at checkout.
If the package is held at your destination’s customs department due to an incomplete address or vacation address, we cannot guarantee delivery or control delays.
